AbstractThe purpose of this study was to find out, if customization of products and services fully reached the expectations of the customers and what could be the points of improvements in order to completely satisfy the customers. A survey has been sent by e-mail to 254 people and 95 responses was received which means 37,4 % of people answered. Out of this 95 people, 32 people had an experience with customized products or services via the Internet. According to the results, customers' satisfaction for customized products or services was on a whole positive. However, the survey permitted to point out the matter of dissatisfaction according to the nature of the service or product delivered and the point of satisfaction given by this new way to sell
