Abstract | The study of International Human Resource Management becomes crucial to the service industry. This research study investigates HRM practices and employee job satisfaction of Thai International Airways particularly on cabin crew. This study finds that over all Human Resource Management practices in THAI is successful and employee satisfaction rate is high. Training and Development is can'ied out all year round within and outside the company. Research has shown that job satisfaction is significantly related to age, compensation, promotion and attitude towards the job where as no significant relationship between factors like length of service, educational level, coworker relationship, company policy and job security. |
