| Abstract | Hop Tri is an agrochemical company. We sell the pesticide, plant nutrient & public health product. The products are mainly consumed based on the nature of the crop (i.e., depending on sunny season, rainy season, diseases …). So, if we choose to produce following maketo-stock policy, it will take a lot of cost for storage of the product in warehouse, otherwise if we choose make-to-order policy, it might not meet the needs of the market in time due to the unpredictable weather or diseases. The project use the forecasting techniques with quantitative analysis and find out the suitable method to forecast the high volume products in the fiscal year from Sep. 2017 to Sep. 2018. The forecast is based on the figures consumption of Hop Tri from the years 2016 to 2017. When we have the reasonable forecast of high volume consumption in 2017-2018, we will have effective production. |
