| Abstract | Failure mode and effect analysis is an important tool to overcome failure and meet success for a product, process or service in a system. Failure mode identification is first step is to successfully accomplish an FMEA. It is base of all steps in an FMEA, which provides good results if it followed by a good systematic way. Customer is king of final product. He/she is the person, who affected most in case of good product in a positive way and badly in failure of product. Customer involvement in a product, process or service is important to be in close to the expectations of customer and having higher familiarity to him/her. |
