AbstractPoverty concerns more than half of mankind, this is a serious problem. Since recently, microcredit hHs become a well·Hkcd and widespread approach to mke in hand the alleviation of poverty. Despite its numerot1s charncterist.ics and various forms, mkrocredit is a recent model of development, although it i8 followed all over the world. However, Che lack of assessment of its impacts has created scepticism aboul its potential actions of poverty relief. Indeed, microcredit has demonstr.ited to have significant positive consequences, such as an increase in revenues of the borrowers, which conducts to a global virtuous circle. It creates a chain creation: improvementN have been demonstrated in the level of education and health. But it has been observed thal microcredit has si11e qua non conditions to be successful, they represent the limits of microcredit us a global tool to alleviate poverty. To achieve accurately its goals, micmcredit needs a stimulating environment and low barriers of development along with u tight targeting o.f customers and a good management of the MJlis. One corollary of mictocredit is to give power to the poor to take themselves the responsibility of their development, bul lhis phellomcnon can discharge the governments of any answerabilily to the citizens. Thus, the intervention of State is an issue. Local authorities have ruled but lightly. Finally, microcredit comprises many dangers because it has a direct interface with the poor people, who can be manipulate easily.
