Abstract | The number of vehicle used in Cambodia has immediately grown up in the last decade due to the free market policy in 1989. As you will see in this research, 4 wheels vehicle is currently used to transport and deliver the goods in the city as well as in the country and it is covered most of the market share in Cambodia market. Nowadays, R.M Asia Co., Ltd. is planning to import three wheel vehicle from Italy called Piaggio Ape to this market. This research study is focuses on an analysis of the launching strategy for Piaggio Ape in the automobile industry in the Cambodia market. This will followed by an analyses of current environment of Cambodia, current situation of R.M Aisa., Co, Ltd, Industry analysis of Piaggio Ape in this market and the consumer perception toward this product. As the customers have become more demanding, companies or suppliers can no longer afford to differentiate on the basis of the product alone but rather have to meet consumer expectations and satisfy their needs by providing them value for their purchase decision. The company will have to rethink their strategy to attain the objectives in parallel with the satisfaction their sale representative interests. Finally, a summary of major findings from this study and recommendations to companies contemplating launching and expansion its operation in Cambodia is provided. |
