AbstractTeeth whitening have become one of the most popular procedures performed in the field of cosmetic dentistry. The trend of tooth stain removers/ whiteners (within the dental care product area) experienced the highest growth rate at +48% and the Industry analysts predict that in the next year the tooth whitening market will grow approximately 24 percent per year in the world market. Therefore, this research investigate the relationship between teeth whitening products toward customer satisfaction and selfConfident. In this study we use focus group analysis in qualitative research design to help us figure out the key factors that are significantly different among each of the four techniques (Brite smile, Tray system, Curing light and Whitening toothpaste) and how it is related to their self-presentation. Then, apply quantitative research because of it can determine the quantity or extent of an outcome in terms of numbers. As a result, showed that only Duration of Last Whitening Factor and Cost of the Treatment Factor are not significant different between each four techniques. The factor that significant different between each four techniques (Brite smile, Tray system, Curing light and Whitening toothpaste) are Safety and Side effect factor, Shade of Whitening Factor and Duration of Treatment Factor. Otherwise, the result also showed that there is a strong positive relationship between teeth whitening and self-confidence. It means that the more the teeth are whitened, the more the self-confident will be increased.
