| Abstract | Because service now is more important in business, every kind of business will try to provide the best to gain more customers that are increase in profit. In Cambodia, as the government opens its market to the whole world, there are many companies trying to benefit from this new market. Competition has become more intense to attract customers because the Cambodian's living standard are improving and the importance of service is recognized, customers choose only the company that can provide better service. Service positioning is of great importance for the company to try strengthen the unique features in the customer's mind and to gain recognition from the market in which the company does business. This research study identifies the positioning of service for Narita and analyzes service improvement factors necessary to be competitive in Office supplies business. NOP's strong point is its saleforce, it should motivate and train them to be become more professional and to successfully deal with customers to improve the image of the company. The company should focus on is its after-sales services to improve the relationships with customers. |
