As a minor medical college in China, Kunming Medical College is planning to carry out an international medical program for the students from South or South East Asian countries by making use of its geographical closeness to these countries. This plan aims to identify in the perspective of Kunming Medical College the operational and financial characteristics of such an international education program, as well as probing the gaps and difficulties challenging the campus environment and tradition of a Chinese minor medical school.
