Abstract | The present study explored current career development practices in Yunnan hotel industry through interviews with several HR managers of the selected hotels and questionnaires which are related to career development practices. Focuses on the existence and actual use of various programs and their evaluation by employees. The results of the study indicate that the organizational career development programs have not been carried out systematically and effectively in Yunnan hotels industry, Based on the results, the recommendations for implementing career planning and management more effectively are proposed. |
