Abstract | SMEs is a world wide topic. SMEs exist in all countries. The SMEs in China holds almost 99% of all the registered enterprises. The study on SMEs has been an austere mission. Organizational behavior management is the core work of enterprises management. The organizational behavior management of enterprise can improve working efficiency by utilizing and developing the key resource of enterprise, latent ability of employee. This thesis, which discusses management idea and method of small and middle-sized enterprise, is practicable as well as original. Basing on the analysis of the current management model of organizational behavior, this thesis gives some recommendations and suggestions to the management of SMEs. For small and medium-sized enterprise, we must attach much more importance to individual development and put it on important position. Thus enterprise can exert its full function. And in order to solve the problem of low quality of employees and low efficiency of enterprise, it suggest shaping study group. By shaping studying group, it can continually enhance the ability of small and medium-sized enterprise. The thesis puts forward the idea of making employee trust enterprise. The enterprise must consider its own feature and take effective measures in recruiting, training, rewarding and authorizing, to cultivate employee's sense of honor to enterprise and to make them highly believe in and voluntarily serve for their organization. |
