Abstract | First and foremost, the author wishes to express her appreciation and profound gratitude to her thesis advisor, Dr. Chotchai Charoenngam, who has been sincerely and fervently helpful. He always provides not only constructive guidance, suggestion, criticisms and all injections to every corner of this thesis but also an invaluable lifetime experience throughout the period of this study. The author can comprehensively understand how to logically thinking and professionally enhance her skills and logical thought because of his enthusiastic training. The profound gratitude and sincere are also owned to her examination committee, Dr. Noppadol Phien-wej, for providing noteworthy information from the interesting case of this study as well as his kind considerations.
