Abstract | The aim of this study is to synthesize the main aspects associated with human resources and their influence on the success or failure of mergers and acquisitions. The role played by such variables as the human resource management, leadership system, the corporate culture, and communication in the formulation and implementation of an agreement is analyzed. The study is carried out from the perspective of M&A. This study will determine the influence the of human resource management in the success or failure of M&A. |
