Within that view, this study mainly focused to described the characteristic of knowledge sharing process within power construction and consulting firm under one case study with power consulting company operating in that field. The study integrated with five main fields of knowledge sharing process, culture, incentive and unsupportive factors that propose for this process. Thus the generating studies in main operations of the company from investigating, designing and supervising were taken under developed framework. Major study was taking place in knowledge sharing and its processes in both head office operating and project based department to identify the knowledge sharing problem which is the trigger of knowledge sharing development. The knowledge sharing process found in case study was had but nearly invisible because of its missing identification and maintained in knowledge management process of the company.
