Abstract | Construction business stands as a vigorous part of the economy in many countries and is also understood as a main stream of economic growth mainly in developing countries like Myanmar, even though there have the so much difficult and hardest problems in the construction industry to manage the workplace health, safety and environment (WHSE) system. In addition, workplace safety, health and environment (WSHE) management system give the effective result of saving the project cost and increasing the company’s reputation in business due to the prevention accidents from labors and damages to environment and society. In this report, I would like to review and evaluate the assessment in project safety plan and safety management system of Mandalay City Development Committee (MCDC) according to their actual project safety plan and management system. Furthermore, I would like to develop the current safety management system (SMS) of the MCDC in order to avoid the future accidents related with employees, employees, tools and equipment, chemicals and materials, etc. |
