AbstractHuman Resource Outsourcing (HRO) is the trend of Human Resource Management (HRM) in the future. It is developing quickly in China. Because the implementation of HRO is limited in the Chinese State-owned Enterprises nowadays, this dissertation will study the feasibility of implement it in the Chinese State-owned Enterprise. This dissertation will study the need of implementing HRO, the feasibility of outsourcing environment both external and internal, the reason the feasibility of implementation HRO in the Chinese State-owned Enterprises by the method of the questionnaire and literature. Finally, it concludes that the Chinese State-owned Enterprises implementing the HRO are feasible. In addition, the author summarizes the items of fitting for HRO, and analyzes the hindrances of HRO in the Chinese State-owned Enterprises.
