Abstract | A well-trained and multi work force is a significant part to achieve organization's goal. Success in today's competitive business environment is increasingly a function of effective human resource management. The quality of the organization's employees, their skills, enthusiasm, satisfaction with their jobs and their sense of fair treatment all impact the firm's productivity, level of customer service, reputation and survival. Therefore, Human Capital is a source of sustainable competitive advantage and opportunity. Global Toy Company is known as worldwide leader in producing of all segments of toys. In the toy industry, the core competencies of the product are primarily the quality, the play value and the price. Hence, the company needs to deploy its resources and capabilities to maintain its worldwide leader in designing, manufacturing, and marketing of the products. Building the capacity of individual and institute is a main stream to strengthen the market position. This study aims to present and discuss the training and development activities, identified through training needs analysis, which Would build the capacity of employees and the support side from the management responding to the feedback of the employees' performance. Regarding to results of the data analysis, some weak points of the training offered and management support activities has been explored in the conclusion part. Some recommendations were also tried to achieve its research objective of the Capacity Development |
