AbstractEnterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems promise the seamless integration of all the information flowing through an organization e.g. financial and accounting information, human resource information, customer information etc. These organization-wide systems help organizations to efficiently manage their resources, inventories and businesses. CalComp Electronic (Thailand) Plc. Co., Ltd is aware of these benefits. So, the company invested millions Baht in their own ERP system in order to improve its information management and operation processes. These strategic value and the resources invested in the system make evaluating and monitoring the ERP system important to Cal-Comp. This study aims to assess the success of the ERP internally used in Cal-Comp through the level of user satisfaction, the most commonly used surrogate for measure the success of information system in general. The survey was conducted with the users of the ERP system to collect the users' perceptions toward the system. Furthermore, an interview with IT manager provides detail information about the ERP system and implementation process. In conclusion, the result indicates a high level of user satisfaction toward this ERP system
