AbstractThis research is done on the Shwe Ta Chaung Drainage Project. It was constructed by Ahunt Min Construction Company under the guidance of Road and Bridge Department, MCDC. Its goal is to develop the project quality management framework for drainage projects. As the country Myanmar is still developing, there are still poor quality systems in the construction projects. Some low-standard factors like minimal designs, low quality materials and unskilled workmanship still remains in the industry as well as the contractors needing better quality management, quality plans and more supervision.
