AbstractEvery year many Myanmar patients come to Thailand for medical treatment. This research looks into how the Myanmar Patients choose, come for medical treatment and how they get the information. Besides, how this Thai hospital provides services to the Myanmar patients. Data and information were collected by questionnaires from the Myanmar patients and face to- face interview with Marketing Executive. The results show that the Myanmar patients come for medical treatment from the Myanmar doctors and family mostly as they believe that their suggestions. The patients find General Service (GS) of the Hospital, satisfactory and more comfortable. They are also happy with medical treatment and Medical Services (MS). After leaving from the hospital, the patients are satisfied by the doctors' medical treatment, all hospital services. Finally, the researcher proposes suggestion and recommendations for this Thai Hospital to improve their current situation and selection practices so as to achieve the standard and effectiveness of an international hospital.
