Abstract{"isvarfieldcopied":1,"ismarc":1,"tag":"n","label":"NOTE","marctag":"520","marcindicator1":" ","marcindicator2":" ","content":"In Myanmar, Department of Urban and Housing Development (DUHD) located in the Ministry of Construction (MOC) is the main housing supply agency, making housing supply plans through the country and conducting construction in various places. DUHD is in charge of public housing supply, mainly low-cost and affordable housing units in Myanmar. Currently, according to the policy and higher demand of low cost housing in Myanmar, DUHD is implementing a lot of low cost housing for low income people not only in Yangon region but also in all divisions. DUHD plays as an owner of the project in this case. As this case study is low cost housing implemented by DUHD, the main Objective of my Report is to discuss owner’s project management in low cost housing. Based on the theory of the project management, the report analyses the project management system applied on this project to examine strengths and weaknesses in management of the project. From which, recommendation is proposed for continuous improvement for future low cost housing project. "}
