Abstract | In today high competitive landscape Customer Relationship Management is found at the top of the corporate agenda. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) becomes one of the key strategic management tools that almost all leading service providers are trying to utilize in order to achieve the ultimate goal of enhanced profit. Oracle Siebel on Demand CRM program by Advance Info Service Public Company Limited (AIS) is a very unique CRM program among those provided by others. Advance Info Service Public Company Limited which is leading operator in Thailand. To retain its competitive edge and increase market leadership, AIS always developed various new versions of its products and services regularly. The paper focuses on why AIS has chosen Oracle Siebel CRM applications and to analyze process of implementation of Oracle Siebel CRM application by AIS in great depth. In addition, this paper also focuses on the key problems and key benefits achieved by AIS after implementing Oracle Siebel on Demand CRM applications. |
