Abstract | The life long working style is radically changing and many young peoples are changing their jobs from one company to another company. The trends in recruiting are changing even in typical and very conservative Japanese companies. Most of the company these days tries to recruit managers from outside the company to make it more competitive and to attract people from outside the company. Once candidates are identified, the process of selecting appropriate employees for employment can begin. This means collecting, measuring, and evaluating information about candidates' qualifications for specified positions. Organizations use these practices to increase the likelihood of hiring individuals who have the right skills and abilities to be successful in the target job. Depending on a difficulties level of position companies make a decision either they should try to recruit internally, internet recruiting, newspaper, use third party companies like , temp staff, head hunting or executive search firm to hire the right candidate through right pool. Finding right people for right position at right time is most difficult task. If you look a trend around the globe this kind of work are done especially in developed countries by very professional consultant who have relevant work experience in that particular industry |
