AbstractTechnology sector are often associated with rapid sales growth and high margins. In Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), at present there are 45 listed companies in this sector. The SET has selected to be the illustrated case for this paper. This research study was conducted to gather understanding into financial, accounting performance measures and potential factors. Based on statistic analysis by using Eviews 4.1 software, results of ANOVA, Multiple-regression and so on was analyzed and interpreted for the purposes of this research. The purposes of this research are; first, to investigate whether the performance of Technology sector is different from the performance of other listed firms, second, to identify factors that might explain the difference in performance among all listed Thai firms and Technology firms in particular. It was found that Technology industry in SET was not statistically proofed that having better performance and profitability than other industries. According to potential factors, the firms' performance (ROE and ROA) was obviously influenced by Capitalization and Sales to :"set" ratio
