| Abstract | Research and application the new technology are a complex process. They concern to some aspects such as human resource, policy, social environment, management, etc. Thus, research and application of technology have several stages to be followed. An effective research and application take place only that time when the formal research and application process are followed by the organization. In this research, study the research and application process of the new technology in National Reserve Department of Vietnam are analyzed in details. For the purport of the study, a questionnaire was developed and distributed to the responsible person of the organization and a personal interview was conducted along with questionnaire. In the study, it is analyzed that how the organization followed different stages of research and application of technology, what factors concerned to these processes. It is also analyzed from the study that what kind of problems the organization faced in all those stages. Moreover, from the analysis it is also judged that the research and application process of technology in National Reserve Department of Vietnam is a successful case or not |
