AbstractIn online business, software agents make the decision-making process base on trust. This makes trust a crucial factor on online business. In online trust is established in interaction between two agents. Therefore agents act as trustor and trustee in trust negotiation process. The trustor requests trustee to disclose its trust, trustee uses trust ontology of its entity for disclosing trust. Thus building trust ontology for entities and ontology for trust negotiation among agents are important steps for developing an online business application. The questions for study are: what are sources of trust of an entity in online? Which frame work is satiable for this study? How to build trust ontology for an entity, and how to build ontology for trust negotiation? In my literature, there are no researches to answer these questions. To address this issue, this research investigates sources of trust an entity in online; they are direct trust, reputation, system trust, and relation trust. This research also gives out frame work for building trust ontology of an entity, and ontology for trust negotiation between entities also is studied.
