| Abstract | Currently, Department of Rural Road Development (DRRD), Ministry of Construction has been implementing Rural Road Programme(RDP). This RDP was granted-fund from KfW Development Bank on behalf of German Financial Development Cooperation to improve and upgrade rural road and to promote socio-economic of rural area. The projects need successful complete project without delay. This report review on Contract of the Rural Development Program between contractor and Department of Rural Road Development. .Moreover, this report analyzes the existing contract between the contractor and employer (DRRD) under Rural Development Programme. |
