| Abstract | This report is to study the practice of project planning, monitoring and contolling of international grand project and Pin Phyit-Yapyar Rural Road located in Yut Sauk township, Southen Shan State is chosen as a case study. The project is funded by KfW Germany and DRRD is an execution agency of the project. The consult firm is appointed to closely monitor and supervise the contractor’s performance in term of time, cost and quality to ensure all requirement are met the contract requirement throughout the project. Base on theory of project management have learn in the course, it is conducted a analysis to address the strength and weakness of the project management in term of schedule, cost and quality. It learn that a systematic planning is critical key to efficient and effective manage the project lead to be achieved. In parallel, the contractual term also plays a vital role to monitor and control of the overall project. After being done case study analysis, project planning, monitoring and control framework is proposed for enhancement of existing practice and to be sustainable development. |
