AbstractThe development of the visualization tool of any infectious spreading disease in a community requires elegant graphical user interface which can show the result of simulation at every time steps. The goal of this work is to provide an effective way to visualize the epidemic disease like flu, cholera, influenza, etc in a network. This enhances the decison makers to decide the level of epidemic threats for any vulnerable zones. The Susceptible, Infected and Recovered (SIR) epidemic model is used to simulate the disease status and is visualized to give a clear picture of spreading behavior of the disease. This visualization tool provides an understanding for the epidemical analysis of the diseases through the graphs and network statistics.
