Abstract | The Eastern road segment from foot of Phu My bridge within District 2 and District 7 territory to Rach Chiec bridge within District 2 and District 9 territory is situated in the eastern gateway of the city. It is obvious that the implementation of the project "Installation of level 1 water pipelines along Ring Road No.2 (from Provincial Road No.25B to Phu My Bridge) - District 2, District 7" is essential and of high feasibility. Therefore, the State Agencies have required many difficult and complex problems of legal, construction and schedule, technical and design, operation and maintenance, and finance to obtain agreement on the location of level 1 water pipelines along Ring Road No.2. |
