| Abstract | Today, the construction industry in our country is growing very strong throughout the country of Vietnam. During the implementation phase, this work is the longest and has the potential to impact many factors that are comparable to all other phases of the construction project. In addition, the quality human resources in the construction industry are still limited, resulting in inadequate and passive management and control, which leads to the risk of construction process. These risks will bring costs to overcome the costs. To avoid this situation, there must be risk management measures. Today, there are research in and out of the country mentioned to the risk. However, this report only mentioned to the risks that carry particularly important properties. In today's construction, the issues involve risks to virtually no specific and adequate research to make reviews and reviews to ensure risk management in a safe way. Therefore, the risk management of construction projects today are still more impatient and need to be upgraded and perfected in a near future. |
