AbstractDevelopment’s progress of real estate is the continual development of the construction for environment to meet society’s demand. The building of roads, sewer systems, housing, office buildings, and shopping centers requires much work. People must construct and then manage the construction, maintenance, and operation of the spaces in which we live, work, and play. The growth rate of the population, technology and tastes increases rapidly every year while the rate of development of the real estate market is still low. So both public and private sector need to join and develop real estate market in order to resolving the shortage of market demand. The purposes of public sector are the protection of the environment for social, and control the impact of real estate development to the locality. The goal of private sector participants is to reduce risk to lowest lever while increase profit of personal or institution to highest level. So that, developers have to understand and analyses the real estate development process to find the project which bring the most profit and improve the quality of life, and limit environmental harm to social.
