AbstractCoordination is the convergence, harmonization and incorporation of different organizations concerned with numerous objectives in every sector. Construction projects can be measurable with time, budget and resources. Applying project management correctly in organization can improve efficiency of project performance. This study focused on project coordination management between head office and site office for contractor companies in Myanmar. There are project coordination practices that are currently use in construction companies in Myanmar. For this research, data was collected from individual respondents (project managers and project coordinators) with 36 respondents from 36 contractor companies. In this research, correlation analysis is used to investigate the relationship between project coordination management among head office and site office and project performance.
