Abstract | AgricultW'e is the main industry in Thailand, especially rice farming. Mostly, farmers, who live in drought area such as Northeast of Thailand, use sowing process to plant rice but this process required an excessive amount of seeds, with result in low efficiency due to an .inappropriate ratio betwee11 amount of seeds used and intetval of seeds planted. Also, more laborers are required for large farms. The objectives of this project are to build a machine with an embedded system. The machine can automatically perform sowing process with less human intervention and it can better control the amount of seeds required for each planting location while maintaining row and column structure in the farm. As a result, farmers can efficiently use a proper amount of seeds on their farms. |
