Abstract | Amazon is the biggest e-commerce giant where buying and selling of goods is performed online. Actually, it is like a marketplace and third-party vending service. In amazon.com the buying and selling process of goods is done. In the marketplace of amazon.com the sellers will sell the goods and buyers will purchase the goods, which are displayed on the amazon.com website. By this action there are quite a few huge challenges and execution risks are involved in this business process. There are many court cases, legal disputes and complaints filed and registered in many district courts in the United States. The current court case study is based on the legal dispute between a seller and amazon.com here the seller is a plaintiff and amazon is a defendant. This research study explains about the class action allegations of the seller and group of sellers on amazon.com and what is the response of amazon in opposite to the seller. Finally, it formulates all the arguments in PRO-LOG. |
