AbstractSelection Procedure for IPL has been very different procedure as the players are selected based on the previous performance in their matches in international cricket. Selecting a perfect team of eleven players with batsmen, bowler and wicket keeper is always a difficult task for franchises in IPL. The better the performance of the player, the more money he is sold for franchise. The research attempts to predict the runs and wickets taken in IPL. We classified both the results into different ranges. We used Naive Bayes, Decision Tree Classifiers, Random Forest and SVM to classify the prediction models.
