AbstractWeb-technology is one of the most changing technology in past. Academia and organization faces incredible challenges and competition in-order to leverage new and better ways for teaching and learning Web-technologies. Web-technology is all about data streaming on the networks. Teaching and Learning Input and Output mechanism has the potential to offer basic streaming concept to learner through Web. At present there are many online and offline tutorials are available. However, most of them are application oriented, lacks conceptualization and reuse. The challenges are to develop such web-based teaching and leaning model that not only conceptualize the subject, but also based on the philosophy of Learning Objects, which provides the mechanism for reuse. The main contribution of this work is for beginners in universities and organizations that need to comprehend and apply knowledge in different situation. The Learning Objects are developed in client/server methodology. The Learning object model designed with structure and technology that provides, reuse and interoperability. Finally, Objects are prototype implementation that exhibits flexible model for teaching and learning Input and Output Mechanism in the Webbased environment
