AbstractDue to the current deep learning network technological advancement, several deep learning networks have been integrated into a traditional Information System(IS) to append advanced functions to the system. For example, the Grammarly application has a deep learning spelling check sub-system running in the background to automate check spelling while the user is typing. AIT language center(LC) has enormous text data that has not been analyzed yet. Especially the English entry test and EL test, which is steadily growing every year. Mining this dataset would be a benefit to AIT Language center for planing their course offer in the future. In addition, developing an automated English marking essay tool could benefit LC instructor time. By integrating a deep learning grammar error correction network into a marking web application we can accomplish an automated English grammar error on essays. Therefore integration of the Information System, deep learning Grammar Error Correction(GEC), and descriptive statistics brings to this research to develop a prototype web-based application for analyzing the AIT English Entry Test, and improve the essay marking process.
