AbstractAlong with the progress of technology, more and more variety of maps, satellite images and aeronautic images are needed to meet the demand of society development. In order to utilize the images resource in existence efficiently, determining the method to interpolate polygon objects which have multiple observations is one key issue when different class, different scale images are integrated to meet the demand of the users. This paper presents the study of the development of a interpolation method according to Mathematical Morphology, which is a kind of rising approach in GIS data processing. This thesis will process the differences between multiple observations of Geospatial polygon objects. A new interpolation method will be developed based on Morphological operations aiming at the limitation of interpolation methods developed by other researches for concave objects. And using this proposed method to implement the interpolation between Geospatial polygon objects, particularly for concave objects. In this thesis, the weighted average interpolation method is realized and used to process the Geospatial polygon objects instances
