AbstractUnderstanding the attributes of web sites can be useful to web developer for planning and designing their web sites to fit the need of their target customer. This paper attempts to identify and prioritized the elements that are important for a Thai music web site. The analysis was done using a framework proposed by Watson et al. (1999). This framework categorized the web into eight different attractors: Entertainment Park, The archive, Exclusive sponsorship, The town hall, The club, the free way intersection, The gift shop, and The customer service. The analysis includes identifying attractors used by Thai music web sites and a survey on the attractors that music web site should have. The result shows that the Thai users prefer the free gift the most. The next attractors in sequence are the free way intersection, the town hall, the archive, Entertainment Park, customer service, and the last is the club. This paper also segments the sample group into different ages, gender, and music literacy to identify if there are any significant differences of each of these segment preferences
