AbstractIn fact, we have seen that Japanese construction works in Vietnam are fast-moving and in very good quality. In particular, these works are mostly done by Vietnamese construction workers, with many subcontractors are also Vietnamese, Japanese play a role as a manager. This proves, the project management is extremely important. The management of construction investment is becoming more and more complex, requiring the managers to have an extensive, professional and comprehensive knowledge. Each project has a different location, different space and time life, even in the process of project implementation, there are changes in goals and ideas from the investor. Therefore, the management of project need flexible and changes without a certain formula. Project management will operate continuously throughout the project, from the feasibility study to the design stage, the bidding stage, the construction phase and finally is the handover work. In case of a large-scale projects, complex functions or projects with high technical and quality requirements, it’s necessary to corporate with high quality of management consulting services. With Japanese, there is a Japanese trade association that regularly supports and cooperates with each other into a closed circle. Thus, the stakeholders have experience on working together for a long time, with many different types of works, which is so high advantage. With good management and cooperation, we will have good quality works, fast progress and bring the highest project efficiency, on the contrary, it will destroy and affect quality, progress and efficiency. investment, further affecting the society and the diplomatic cooperation of Japan and Vietnam.
