Abstract | Assessing the financial situation of companies in the construction industry is a very difficult and complicated issue. If we only consider based on the financial statements of the company or only based on a certain financial index to evaluate, analyze the business performance of a company will not see the shape. overview of the company's performance and results. The results achieved are not highly significant. There are many authors now analyzing the situation of companies through financial statements and financial indicators. We can understand simply that all activities in a company have a close relationship with each other through the connecting thread is the financial of the business, so if we study, each financial indicator It is a general assessment of the company's activities and financial indicators are always related to each other in a certain way. Through research, many authors have analyzed in this direction and the most famous is the Dupont analysis method. An indicator that can tell the most part of a company's business performance is its return on equity (ROE). Establishing a relationship between financial indicators around ROE, we will see the situation of a company through financial indicators related to ROE. The result is that the analyst will have a large and reliable amount of information about a company, and on that basis a manager, an investor, a credit lender, etc. They can make the most reasonable decision for the company. |
