Abstract | The report is focused on the factors that effect to construction industry involving engineer’s performance. Factors that has identified are psychological wellbeing, happiness and stress. From sample of 114 engineers and 21 project managers in 21 construction sites were taken in to analysis. The analysis is driven to identify the correlations of performance- psychological wellbeing, performance- happiness, and performance- stress. As additional finding it is also analyzed to get the correlation between the factors that effect to performance, and to find the relationship with the socio-demography. According to the findings it is identified that the there is; a moderate relationship between psychological wellbeing and performance, a moderate relationship between happiness and performance and a negative weak relationship between stress and performance. As a special finding it is identified that engineers who have low construction experience are the one who perform well in the site. |
