Abstract | Experimental Design for 8x8x8 LED cube is the development of dynamic and unique visual animations in 3 dimensional space. LED cube will display not only the physical cube itself but also the user interface to animate and modify the software content on the cube. In this project, although there are multiple avenues to accomplish the design of LED cube, software, hardware and wiring, the control of software have to be handled from programmer side. By multiplexing, the control structure will be able to control each LED by supplying the current to the LED. This LED cube can be developed to RGB LED cube display, video display and etc. |
