AbstractIt is realized that earthquakes are the overwhelming regular calamity which conveys serious harms to the structures those were not outlined appropriately. Since the harm is high the designers ought to consider this while building structures in seismic territories. There are a few systems to plan a tremor strong structure with and without energy dissipative devices. Precast concrete column with prestressed tendon is a system intended to keep the structures from seismic exercises and it was tested in the STE laboratory. The exploration result was expected and the system was tested up to 6% drift which was more than the outline, yet the system was stable with no failures all through the examination. The dissipative device was analytically Tested with the outcomes and it was discovered that device can convey extremely stable dissipation and the energy dispersal in un bonded PT columns was great by utilizing the device. In this research, it was discovered that the system had low energy dissipation, it had great self-centering system, the strain of prestressed tendon not surpassed the yield strain of the prestressed tendon, low stiffness degradation , residual displacement were achieved zero at all story drift and just couple of minor cracks were observed all through the research without any failures.
