AbstractWith an energy declination situation while competition still exists, PTT is trying to improve their digital marketing strategy to attract more customers. Therefore, PTT is focusing on introducing digital interactive experiences. By doing that PTT decided to use the knowledge of Data Mining to accomplish their target. The objective of this Capstone project is to segmentation the group of PTT customer into two groups, which are smartphone user and regular cell phone user. And analyze their technology usage for further use of marketing strategy. The methodology for segmentation customer is Decision tree. For analyze their technology usage is association analysis.
