Abstract | Artificial Intelligent is a potential field which is expected to improve human life in a positive way. People would like to build an intelligent system which could reasoning and acting like the way human do. Applying in the aspect of law is a good sample to simulate the system because the law is synchronous, consistency and standard. This research focuses on studying the legal process of applying U.S. nonimmigrant visa specifically in questionnaire of online application DS-160 form to discuss about the purposes of those questions in disclosing applicant’s information. The method used is formalizing law in if-then clauses to extract the important information from the law and then analyzing to compare with the respected questions in the form. There are some further discussions about privacy right of applicants and the consistency of the immigration law in the last chapter of the report which should be considered by officers. In addition, research also provides some suggestion and recommendation for further implementations. |
