Abstract | With a massive revolution in technology basically in the production filed, clients prefer for more worth, list risk factor, a completely advanced and better goods, in order to achieve this state, there is a necessity to restructure the production strategies, as a result it helps you to get a better product with highly improved features there by satisfying the consumers demands. My thesis is basically focuses in the area of Digital factory concept and E- manufacturing concept, because these are the new highly growing area which still has a vast application in the Auto-mobile sector to meet the clients demand and also for better production line. Tecnomatix is one of the leading 3D simulation software which helps you to simulate online and offline too, the software gives you a better and exact simulation compare with the real time. My thesis also says the benefits and advantages of the process simulation for the Tecnomatix software among with a small 4 robots spot welding cell which is implemented in order to test the simulation process of software. |
