Abstract | In today’s world, Automation plays prominent role in each and every industry. Siam Kubota is one such company that is willing to automate each and every process possible. This automatic storage rack system is such a project. Programmable Logic controllers are widely used in achieving these automation tasks. Rack system has to be sync with an automated guided vehicle (AGV) and parts carried by AGV should stores in the rack system. Intake and transferring parts out should be done automatically. This is beneficial to the company in many ways. This report explains about the mechanical designs, electrical designs, PLC Programs, and simulations etc which were created to accomplish the project objectives. |
