This research study covers the development of M&As in developed and developing countries with special emphasize on Thailand. The main purpose of the case study was to understand strategic motives and to analyze the performance of companies before and after merger by looking at the expectations of investors, which could be affected by the company's share prices listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand. The lesson learnt from this study is that the process of M&As activities as valuation of business and transaction deals is complex and complicated so financial advisors should consider every aspects of the operation.
